The short version

This site has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no contact form. We do not collect personal information through the website itself. When you call the number, that call is recorded and routed by a call tracking service, and the details are passed to the contractor who responds.

1. Who we are

Issaquah Water Damage Restoration, trading as Issaquah Water Damage Restoration. Contact: hello@issaquahwaterdamagerestoration.com

2. When you call us

The number on this site is a tracked number. When you call:

  • Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the page or search that led you to it may be recorded
  • The call itself may be recorded for quality and verification purposes
  • What you tell us — your address, the nature of the problem — is passed to the contractor who attends, because they need it to do the work

This information is used to connect you with a contractor and to verify referrals. It is not sold.

3. When you visit the site

The site is statically hosted and does not set tracking cookies of its own.

Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance purposes.

4. Who your information is shared with

  • The responding contractor — so they can contact you and attend
  • Our call tracking provider — which handles the routing and recording
  • Where legally required

We do not sell personal information.

5. How long it is kept

Call records are retained for as long as needed to verify referrals and handle any dispute, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Washington residents have rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and other state law; residents of other states may have rights under their own legislation. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@issaquahwaterdamagerestoration.com and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

7. Call recording

Washington is a two-party consent state for call recording. Where calls are recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call and can decline.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page.
