Which one do I need?
Most people do not know, and it does not matter for making the call. Water is water at the point of picking up the phone — the assessment establishes what it actually is.
Is it clean or contaminated? Anything involving sewage, or water that has passed through a sewer line, is a different job with different handling. Do not attempt it yourself.
Is it new or old? Water found within hours is an extraction. Water that has been sitting for weeks is usually a mould job as well.
